We will ship within 1-3 business days via Japan Post.
However, we are closed for shipping every Thursday except on public holidays.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer or convenience store payment, your order will be shipped after the transfer has been confirmed.

Since we share inventory with our physical stores, depending on when you place your order, the product may be sold out at the physical store and we may not be able to provide it.

About international shipping

Products will be delivered by Japan Post's International Express Mail Service (EMS).
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the item.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location (usually 7-21 business days)
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

■ Products not eligible for international shipping

The following items are not eligible for international shipping:

  • Exotic leather products (e.g. crocodile leather, python leather, ostrich leather, etc.)
  • Leather care products (creams, sprays, oils, and other chemical products)

For international orders, we accept the following payment methods:

■ Regarding returns and exchanges for items shipped overseas

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products shipped overseas.
However, we will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or has been delivered incorrectly.
In that case, please contact us immediately by email to " shop@itti-tokyo.jp " with a photo of the defective part.
If the return is a result of our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (such as differences in image or size).

When placing your order, please select your desired delivery date and time from the "Desired delivery date and time" displayed on the cart screen.
You can specify the delivery date and time from 3 to 15 days later.
Unless otherwise specified, we will arrange for delivery on the earliest possible date.
We cannot change the delivery date and time after an order has been confirmed.
Furthermore, although the system allows you to specify a delivery date for pre-ordered items, we are unable to accept your request for a specific delivery date.

Returns and Exchanges

Orders that can be cancelled are limited to those that have not yet begun preparation for shipping. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via " CONTACT " with the necessary information.

We accept returns and exchanges of ordered products within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused.
Please contact us via " CONTACT " within 3 days of the product's delivery date, clearly stating the orderer's name, order number, and your request for return or exchange.

We will contact you by email or phone using the contact information you provided when placing your order.
Please make sure the item is delivered to the designated return address within 7 days.

About repairs and maintenance

For repairs, please contact us using the " REPAIR REQUEST FORM ".

It is important to regularly maintain your leather products.
Although this varies depending on how often and under what conditions you use your product, we recommend that you begin maintenance approximately every 3 months to 1 year.
With regular maintenance, leather will age beautifully.

For daily care, simply remove dust and dirt with a dry, soft cloth and smooth the surface to make even small scratches less noticeable.
For stubborn stains, do not rub with a brush. Instead, brush from various directions to remove dust and dirt, then apply a thin layer of leather cleaner to a cloth and wipe gently.
Then wipe dry with a soft, dry cloth.
When using a cleaner, we recommend testing it in an inconspicuous area before using it all over.

About My Page and Newsletter

To verify your identity, you must register an email address that you can use. Please prepare an unused email address and register it again to your account.

The only things you can change on the My Account page are your address, name, and phone number; you cannot change your email address.
If you wish to change your email address, you will need to register a new account.

You can check your order history by logging in to your account using the email address you registered when placing your order.

At the bottom of each newsletter you receive, there will be a link labeled "unsubscribe." Clicking on this link will allow you to unsubscribe.

To change your registration information, please log in to My Account. Only your address, name and phone number can be changed.
