After receiving the product, we will contact you with an estimate of the repair cost and delivery time.
Depending on the damage, we may not be able to repair it.

FAQ

A: After the repair item arrives at our company, it will take approximately one week to one month to be repaired. Please note that this may vary depending on the workload and the repair content.

A: Basically, the warranty period is six months from the date of purchase . We will determine whether the repair is free or paid after inspecting the condition of the product . Please note that the estimate may change depending on the condition of the product after it is sent to us.

A: Unfortunately, we do not currently have a specialized cleaning department . If you are concerned about stains, we recommend that you use care products for leather products or consult a specialist leather cleaning shop .

A: Once the repair is complete, we will ship the product to you via cash on delivery . Please pay the total amount, including the repair cost and shipping fee, at the time of delivery.

A: If the product is found to have an initial defect, we will cover the repair costs and shipping costs . Also, depending on the stock situation, we may replace the product with a new one instead of repairing it .
