STORE PICKUP SERVICE

We offer a service where you can pick up your online order directly at our store. This is a safe service with free shipping and the ability to check the product in person before receiving it.

Regardless of the purchase amount, you can purchase even one item without paying shipping charges.

How to use

STEP 1: Select a product online

Add the items you want to your cart at ITTI ONLINE SHOP.

STEP 2: Select "Pick up in store"

When you check out, select "Pick up in store" as your shipping method.

STEP 3: Advance payment online

Complete online payments with credit card, Apple Pay, etc.
*If you choose to pick up your order in store, cash on delivery or payment in store is not available.

STEP 4: Wait for the email that says it's ready

Once your item is ready, we will send you a "Ready for pickup" email.

STEP 5: Pick up at the store

Once you receive this email, please come to the store during business hours and show the staff the order completion email or your order history on your My Page.

Precautions for Use

- In-store pickup is only available for orders that have been prepaid online.
Please collect your item within 7 days of receiving the notification that the item is ready.
- All items in a single order will use the same shipping method.
- We cannot change the shipping method after the order has been confirmed.
・Please pick up your order during store opening hours.
If the product reservation period has expired, your order may be cancelled.

A: If you choose to pick up your order in store, only the following online prepayment methods are available.

・Smartphone payments/deferred payment (Payday)

A: The following payment methods cannot be used for in-store pickup. Please make sure to pay in advance online.

A: If the product has not yet been prepared, please contact us using the inquiry form to cancel. However, we may not be able to accept cancellations after the product has been prepared.
