Shipping Fees (Domestic)
Orders over 16,500 yen (tax included) will be shipped free of charge within Japan.
For orders under 16,500 yen (tax included), the following domestic shipping fees apply:

Shipping Method (Domestic)
Domestic deliveries are shipped via Japan Post within 1–3 business days.
* No shipments are made on Thursdays or national holidays.
* For bank transfer payments, shipping will be arranged after confirmation of payment.
* Carrier selection is not available.
* We do not ship to post office branches for pickup.

Delivery Date Requests (Domestic)
You may specify a delivery date during checkout (between 3 and 15 days after order).
If no date is specified, we will ship at the earliest available date.

Delivery Time Slot Requests (Domestic)

  • Morning (8:00–12:00)
  • 12:00–14:00
  • 14:00–16:00
  • 16:00–18:00
  • 18:00–20:00
  • 19:00–21:00

* Deliveries to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, remote islands, or mountainous areas may take longer.
* If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice for redelivery arrangements.

Cash on Delivery (Domestic)
If COD parcels are not accepted and returned to us after the holding period, the order will be cancelled.
Re-shipment will only be made upon customer request, and shipping costs will be charged.
If COD is refused without valid reason, we will charge round-trip shipping costs and COD fees, and may register the customer as a blacklisted user.
Even for orders marked as “free shipping,” actual shipping costs will be charged back to the customer.

Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for 500 yen.
Please select “Is this a gift?” on the product page or cart page to add wrapping.
If multiple items are purchased, they will be wrapped together unless otherwise specified in the notes.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total weight and destination.

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on product weight.
  • Delivery time varies by region (typically 7–21 business days).
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Some regions may not be eligible for shipping.
  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Items Not Eligible for International Shipping

The following items cannot be shipped internationally:

  • Exotic leather products (e.g., crocodile, python, ostrich)
  • Leather care products (creams, sprays, oils, and other chemicals)
