Notice of changes to return and exchange policy
Thank you for using ITTI ONLINE SHOP.
Starting Tuesday, July 16th, 2024, our return and exchange policy will be changed as follows.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges of ordered products are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, but only if the product is unused. If you wish to return the product, please contact the following address before returning it, clearly indicating the name of the person who placed the order, the order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will contact you by email or phone using the contact information you provided when placing your order.
When returning the product, please ensure that delivery is completed to the specified return address within 7 days, including the delivery completion date.
Please note that gift wrapping and shopping bags are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・If the product has been used ・If the product has been damaged or scratched due to customer's fault ・If the product tag, price tag, label, etc. has been lost ・If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived (delivery completion date) ・Products purchased from other companies (please contact the store where you purchased the product)
・Other cases in which we determine that we cannot accept returns or exchanges

Regarding return shipping charges, if you return or exchange the product for reasons such as "the product is not what I expected" or "I ordered the wrong product", you will be responsible for shipping charges, packaging materials charges (300 yen), COD charges, and refund charges (bank transfer, remittance, etc.). Please return the product to the return address "prepaid". Please note that if you return the product COD, a flat shipping charge of 1,000 yen (actual cost if it exceeds this amount) will be deducted from the refund.
If the item is defective or sent by mistake, we will cover the cost.
Regarding refunds <br/>After we have confirmed the returned product, we will process the refund through your credit card company.
|Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed depending on the credit card company's response.
In addition, if you paid by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or convenience store payment, the refund will be made to the specified account.
Please include your bank account details along with your return request email.

*Please be sure to tell us the bank account of the person placing the order. (Accounts in the name of a relative are also not acceptable.)
*We do not accept refunds via registered cash mail.
*Refunds will not be given at convenience stores.

Please note that this does not apply to products sold on this website, as they are purchased through mail order and accessed by customers.
