We have recently integrated and renewed our official online shop and official website.
Customers who registered as members at the old official online store (https://itti-tokyo.shop-pro.jp/) can continue to use the same login ID (email address) after the renewal.
However, as part of the security measures implemented in conjunction with the renewal, you will need to reset your login password only.
Please follow the steps below to reset your password.
[Regarding the reset procedure]
1. We will send you an email from shop@itti-tokyo.jp with the subject "[ITTI ONLINE SHOP] Request to reset your account password."
*If you are unable to find the email, please also check your spam folder.
2. Please click on the link in this email titled "Activate your account" and complete the process to activate your account.
3. Enter the new password you wish to set at the destination and click the "Activate" button to complete the process.
We apologize to those who applied for restock notifications at the old official online store, but your registration information has been reset due to the transition.
