We have recently integrated and revamped our official online shop and official website.
Customers who registered as members at the old official online store (https://itti-tokyo.shop-pro.jp/) can continue to use the same login ID (email address) even after the renewal.
However, as part of the enhanced security measures associated with the renewal, you will need to reset your login password only.
Please follow the steps below to reset your password.

1. You will receive an email from shop@itti-tokyo.jp with the subject "[ITTI ONLINE SHOP] Request to reset your account password."
*If you cannot find it, please also check your spam folder.
2. Please click on the link in this email titled "Activate your account" and complete the process to activate your account.
3. Enter the new password you want to set at the destination and click the "Activate" button to complete the process.
If you applied for restock notifications at the old official online store, we apologize, but your registration information will have been reset due to the transition.
We would appreciate it if you could apply again through this online shop.
