- Shipping cost: Automatically calculated based on product weight and shipping area
- Delivery time: Varies depending on destination (usually 7-21 business days)
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Products not eligible for international shipping
The following items cannot be shipped internationally:
- Exotic leather products (e.g. crocodile, python, ostrich, etc.)
- Leather care products (creams, sprays, oils, and other chemical products)

- Credit card (VISA/MasterCard/American Express/JCB)
- Digital wallets (Shop Pay/Apple Pay/Google Pay)
- PayPal

Returns and Exchanges (Overseas Shipping)
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products shipped overseas. However, we will handle returns or exchanges in cases where the product is defective or has been delivered incorrectly.
In that case, please attach a photo of the defective part.
